How Does 48-Hour Pre-Owned
Exchange Work?
We get it, buying a pre-owned
car, truck, or SUV can be nerve-wrecking. Do you go for the full-size truck or
the compact SUV? What if you make the wrong decision and absolutely hate
driving the car you just bought? Wouldn't it be awesome if you could
"redo" your auto purchase and make a more informed decision on your
next vehicle? At Walters Mazda Mitsubishi, we understand committing to
something as long term as your next vehicle is a big deal, and we want to make
sure all our customers wind up happy. That's why we're offering a 48-Hour
Pre-Owned Exchange Policy across our entire pre-owned inventory. Yes, you read
that right! If you go home in a Walters Mazda Mitsubishi pre-owned vehicle and
aren't completely satisfied within 48-hours, we will allow you to exchange your
car for another pre-owned vehicle. Â
 
48-Hour Pre-Owned
Exchange Rules
Even the greatest deals have
limitations and our 48-Hour Pre-Owned Exchange Policy is no exception. In order
to be eligible for a free vehicle exchange, buyers must adhere to a few of our
rules:
- If
participating, you must return the vehicle within 2 business days of its
original purchase by closing time. Monday - Friday (6 PM), Saturday (5
PM). Â
- While
you may exchange for another pre-owned vehicle located at any of our other
dealerships, pre-owned vehicles must be returned to the original
dealership that you purchased them from.Â
- All
exchanges are contingent upon approved financing.Â
- Pre-owned
vehicles can only be exchanged one time per customer.Â
- Any
mechanical or body damage to the vehicle will void the exchange.Â
- Driving
more than 500 miles in your vehicle will void the exchange.Â
- Your
trade allowance may vary based on the vehicle you exchange to. Different
cars have different values.Â
- The
exchange applies to any pre-owned vehicle - no price restrictions.Â
- There
will be no exceptions to the rules nor any extension to the time to
exchange.Â
- Walters
Mazda Mitsubishi reserves the right to terminate any pre-owned vehicle
exchange at any time.
